Working with introducers
I work with professional contacts to support clients buying, selling and moving home. Clear communication and a practical approach help us work together with the client’s needs at the centre.
Good communication helps everyone
A property transaction brings several people together, each with a different part to play. When information is clear and the next step is understood, it is easier to coordinate the work around the client.
My approach is proactive and collaborative. I personally handle my clients’ matters and remain closely involved as they progress, working with the other people involved to help move things forward.
I value professional relationships built on straightforward communication. Raising questions and sharing relevant changes help us understand what needs attention.
Who I work with
I welcome conversations with estate agents, mortgage brokers, financial advisers, developers and other legal professionals. We can discuss a particular enquiry or explore how we might work together to support your clients.
Estate agents
For clients buying or selling a property, we can discuss their conveyancing needs and how communication can support the transaction.
Brokers and advisers
For clients arranging a mortgage or planning a move, we can discuss the conveyancing support needed for their property transaction.
Developers
For buyers of new-build homes, we can discuss their conveyancing needs and any proposed reservation or exchange dates to consider.
Legal professionals
For clients needing residential conveyancing, we can discuss the type of matter and the next steps towards making an introduction.
Residential property is the focus
My work covers residential property across England and Wales, with particular experience in new-build homes and shared ownership. I help first-time buyers, home movers, sellers, landlords and residential investors.
Purchases, sales and new-build transactions are central to the service, alongside linked moves, remortgages and other residential matters. You do not need to be based near Peterborough to get in touch.
If you are unsure whether a proposed matter is suitable, describe the type of work in general terms so the next step can be discussed.
Keeping the client at the centre
Working together should help the client understand their transaction and what needs to happen next. If a date or circumstance changes, passing on the relevant information helps everyone understand the position.
Client confidentiality remains important. Updates must respect the client’s authority and the confidentiality requirements that apply to their matter. An introduction does not give unrestricted access to the client’s information.
My aim is to communicate clearly about the next steps while keeping the client’s needs in view.
Recommendations from existing clients
If you have worked with me before and would like to recommend me, thank you. You can share my contact details so the person can get in touch directly about their plans.
If you would like to ask about making an introduction first, you are welcome to use the form below. Please keep the initial message general and leave out the other person’s private information.
Discuss working together
Tell me about your business, the clients you support and the type of residential property work you would like to discuss. You may have a particular introduction in mind or want to explore an ongoing professional relationship.
A general outline is enough at this stage. Please do not include a client’s private information or documents in the form.
